Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
If your canvas arrives damaged during transit, defective in print quality, or if you received the wrong item:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected].
- Provide your order number, clear photos of the damaged artwork and photos of the shipping box / packaging label.
- Upon verification, we will issue a 100% free replacement or a full refund, without requiring you to ship the damaged item back.
Order cancellations
Orders enter automated print queues quickly. You may request a cancellation or a shipping-address modification within 2 hours of placing your order. After 2 hours, production may have commenced and cancellations can no longer be processed.
EU & UK consumer right of withdrawal (14-day guarantee)
Pursuant to EU and UK consumer protection laws, customers residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. Returned items must be in original condition and original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to our designated fulfilment centre.
